Supporting rainbow wellbeing, ending homelessness, and specifically addressing rainbow homelessness, are complex challenges. There’s always more to learn about what’s needed and how we can work together to make change.

Changing services and systems is slow and complex. To improve how housing servics support rainbow clients, we need to understand where we’re starting from, and how we got here. We can reflect on our own practice, how our organisations and services operate, and on opportunities to make things better.

In this section, we’ve provided some questions as reflection points for individuals and organisations working in the housing sector, and for people outside of these roles who want to work on addressing rainbow homelessness. You can use these questions as a starting place, and revisit them as you make progress.
